This image is very cinematic.
Most of the frame is dark, but the glowing cube bench acts like a stage light. The person sitting there becomes the subject without doing anything dramatic. They are just looking at their phone, yet the contrast between light and darkness creates tension.
The reflections on the floor add another layer, which makes the scene feel bigger than it actually is.
What makes it strong photographically is restraint.
There is very little happening in the image, but the lighting and the empty space around the person create mood.
It feels like a still from a film.
